REGISTRATION
On-site registration is open all day on Tuesday & Wednesday 6th and 7th April, 2004 from 07:00 am to 04:00 pm
On 8th April, 2004 Thursday from 07:00 am to 10:00 am at the Congress Venue.
Pre-registration Desk is available separately for collection of congress material.

CHAIRPERSON, SPEAKERS & INVITED GUEST FACILITIES
A special lounge is being made available for all Chairpersons, Speakers & Invited guests. The speakers should hand over their presentations to the Special helpdesk located inside the lounge. The chairperson could collect the Session Program and CV summaries from this help desk. Tea & Coffee for all Chairpersons, Speakers & Guests will be provided in the speakers lounge.
TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES
Shuttle buses will be provided between hotels and venue for the congress and place of Social Activities.
COMMUNICATION
A telephone is available in the Entrance of the hall for local calls only. Calls to outside of Jeddah may be placed at cost, please inquire at the helpdesk for details. Delegates are requested to turn their bleeps and mobile phones off or switch them to silent mode while in the Auditorium.
EXHIBITION
A technical exhibition will be held in parallel to the Congress. It is open for participation to Pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of technical equipment and publishers of scientific materials (Please see site plan).
PRAYER AREA
Male and Female prayer areas are available in the Congress Centre (Please see site plan).
LUNCH, COFFEE & TEA BREAK
Lunch will be served in the Dining Hall only for Congress participants holding ID cards only. Please get in touch with the helpdesk for any other assistance.
Tea & Coffee will be served in the Exhibition area.
NO SMOKING POLICY
Health Affairs recognizes the negative effect of smoking on health, hence, SMOKING is prohibited during the Meeting in the Auditorium, Restaurant areas and all the congress areas.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificate of Attendance will be available from the registration desk at the 3rd day of the meeting after 10 am. Registrants are requested to fill out the Congress Feedback Forms and return to the Registration Desk at the time they collect the Certificate of Attendance.
