REGISTRATION

On-site registration is open all day on Monday, 22nd March from 8AM-5PM Only, and thereafter on every day of the congress from 7:30 am at registration area of the Congress. Pre-registration Desk is available separately for collection of congress material. A special Registration area is assigned with:
1. Onsite Registration desk.
2. Pre Registration desk.
3. Faculty Registration desk.
4. Courses Registration desk.

CHAIRPERSON, FACULTY & INVITED GUESTS FACILITIES

A Faculty special lounge is being made available for all Chairpersons, Speakers & Invited guests. The speakers should hand over their presentations to the Special Scientific Facilities desk located inside the lounge. The chairpersons could collect the Session Program and CV summaries from this desk.

TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES

Shuttle buses will be provided between hotels and venue for the congress and place of Social Activities. More information in the helpdesk for the Congress at the hotel lobby.

COMMUNICATION

A telephone is available in the Entrance of the hall for local calls only. Calls to outside of Jeddah may be placed at cost, please inquire at the helpdesk for details. Delegates are requested to turn their bleeps and mobile phones off or switch them to silent mode while in the Auditorium.
A media desk available at the congress entrance any media staff should contact this desk for any help needed.

SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS

A technical exhibition will be held in parallel to the Congress. It is open for participation to Providers of Women’s Health Care, Pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of technical equipment and publishers of scientific materials. Please refer to the congress site plan for location of the Sponsors & Exhibitors. Tea and Coffee will be served in this area.

PRAYER AREA

Male and Female prayer areas are available in the Congress Centre (Please see site plan) or ask the help desk, located in the lobby of the hotel.

LUNCH, COFFEE & TEA BREAK

Lunch will be served in the Dining Hall only for Congress participants holding ID cards only. Please get in touch with the helpdesk for any other assistance. Tea & Coffee will be served in the Exhibition area.

NO SMOKING POLICY

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Health Facilities recognize the negative effects of smoking on health, hence, SMOKING IS PROHIBITED during the Congress in the Auditorium, Restaurant areas and all the congress areas.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Certificate of Attendance will be available from the registration desk at the 3rd day of the Congress after 10 am. Registrants are requested to fill out the Congress Feedback Forms and return to the Registration Desk at the time they collect the Certificate of Attendance.
